Great touring base for SB! Very clean, 2 master BRs, one w King bed & TV, one with Queen, each w private baths. 1350 total sq ft. Peaceful neighborhood, community pool and tennis. New kitchen, fully stocked. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas BBQ. Living area with 2 couches, streaming TV, fireplace. 10 min to beach, UCSB, SBA airport, golf, Bacara Resort, downtown SB. 25 min to wine country. Linens, towels, paper products provided. Some clothes in closets. Guest parking spots. This is my home so there are some clothes in closets but plenty of space for your stuff. I am a 5-Star Premier Host at my other property, 4Br 2BA with pool and hot tub, Santa Barbara. Please do not disturb neighbors.
